Delivery

All orders are delivered by our highly trained, friendly, and knowledgable staff. Each order is hand picked, then delivered to you by a member of our team. Our team will do thier best to follow any delivery instructions you provide. Please feel free to reach out to our customer care to if you have a special request or need more information about our delivery process.

We never provide your information to any third party delviery companies.

Delivery directly to your door is always FREE with We Roll Up.

Yes, we verify your ID at the door. This is to ensure that we are delivering to the right person. ID must be government issued and be the same name as the order.

Delivery usually takes 30 – 60 minutes. All orders have a 60 minute guarentee! If we are late, we will give you 2 free joints with your order.

We are so sorry that your delivery took longer than expected. We work very hard to ensure that our orders are delivered on time. Sometimes we make mistakes or get lost.

If we do, we will make it right. 2 FREE joints should have been added to your order.

YES! As soon as your order is packed, our automated system will send you a text with a link you can use to track your order. This tracking is live and you can see exactly where your driver is!

Orders are delivered between 11am and 10pm.

Payment

We accept Cash on Delivery.

Please reach out to us if you believe there is a problem with your payment or order status. Our dedicated support team will look into your order.

Payments are accepted within 1-4 hours.  If you feel there is a problem with your order or payment please don’t hesitate to contact us. In the evenings and on weekends payments may take longer to be accepted, if you have any questions, please contact our customer support team.

Accounts

No account is required to place an order. You can choose to create an account at checkout in order to easily review your past orders.

To place an order on We Roll Up we require that you are at least 19 years old.

Your Order

We are so sorry that there appears to be a problem with your order. We are here to help! Reach out to our customer care team and we will make it right!

When an order is placed it is put on hold until we receive the payment for that order. Once the payment is received your order will automatically be marked as processing. Once in processing our warehouse team will pack and ship your order right away.

If you have payed but your order is still on hold, please reach out to our customer care team.
